Return & Refund Policy

At Raven & Finch, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A return label must be purchased by the customer using their preferred courier
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Raven & Finch is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item:

  1. Return the original product
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
