Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Fulfillment & Shipping Method
To ensure fast and dependable delivery, Raven & Finch fulfills orders through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), a trusted third-party logistics network operated by Amazon.
This means:
- Your order may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging
- Shipping speed and delivery quality are supported by Amazon’s fulfillment infrastructure
- Orders are shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers based on inventory availability and destination
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping availability for additional countries may be added in the future.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping speed at checkout:

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping speed, and order size.

Tracking Your Order

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Raven & Finch is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed beyond the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ravenfinch.co within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will work with Amazon MCF and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately depending on warehouse availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly through Amazon MCF, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a limited window after purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.
